Desert Hot Springs Murder CleanupBio SoCal is always here for the customers and businesses of Desert Hot Springs and the Coachella Valley. Available around the clock to clean up after any accident or crime that might occur, you can always trust us to do the job quickly and with great care.

Tragedy in Desert Hot Springs

Last month in the 12200 block of Palm Drive in Desert Hot Springs, California, our staff at Bio SoCal were called on to clean up after a Murder. While attempting to calm the situation down when a robber held a second person at gunpoint to steal their necklace, a young man was shot at close range in the parking lot behind a liquor store. The accused, a 19-year-old gang member, was later arrested and arraigned for the murder. Despite the efforts of first responders to save the young man’s life when they arrived shortly thereafter, he sadly died at the scene.

Bio SoCal was called to come and clean up the blood and bodily fluids left behind from the shooting after the coroner removed the body and the police finished investigating the scene. Especially in an outdoor situation where bodily fluids can travel far and both people and animals are in the area, it is important to have biohazard cleanup professionals clean the affected property as soon as possible so no diseases are spread and the public is kept safe. Only people trained in cleaning bloodborne pathogens should handle blood and bodily fluids so nothing is left behind.
