Hoarder Cleanup
There are three types of cases, each of which we handle differently, to ensure we provide the client with the most cost effective and efficient service.
When the Hoarder is Still Involved
He or she plans to stay in the home, and needs help to resume a healthy living environment.
Hoarders find it very hard to part with their possessions and family members that try to intervene often create tension for years to come. Hoarders and their families tend to stay at home, not invite people in and hide the condition from relatives and well wishers. But the situation has to be dealt with or it can lead to very dire consequences. We take great pride in working with family, caretakers and the individual to ensure that their emotional health is protected during what can be a difficult process.
Shame and guilt often are part of the reason the situation has gotten to where it has and we recognize that this is not an easy situation and our job is to make it as easy as possible and to restore the home to a physically and biologically safe home.
When the Hoarder is No Longer Involved
The individual has relocated to assisted living, downsized, passed away or an investor has purchased the home.
In these cases we get a call from a family member, friend, real estate/property owner, or estate attorney that has discovered a home that has been neglected for any years and has accumulated an unmanageable amount of things that must be discarded quickly and cost effectively. Bio SoCal Hoarding will look for undiscovered and unknown items of value while discarding or donating everything in the home that the client does not wish to retain. Depending on the plans for the property we can also remediate and clean any biohazards that are discovered under the debris including mold, feces, rodent droppings, insects, blood, vomit, or general filth.
Real Estate and Tenant Clean Out
Call us when a tenant has left your property in squalor due to eviction or abandonment or it simply needs to be cleaned out quickly to get back on the market. We also inventory personal belongings left behind for storage requirements after an eviction.
We Are Ready to Make Your Place the Cleanest It’s Ever Been
Many people are hesitant to call for an estimate or cleanup of a hoarding scenario because they believe the process will be stressful, lengthy, too expensive or they are embarrassed. We work with this in mind. Our priority is to make each one of our clients as comfortable as possible. We understand removing items from your home can be stressful and we work with you to make it a good experience. It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3.
Emergency Services
If there has been a death in a hoarded home or if there is some other biohazard that needs immediate remediation, we are available to come out 24/7. If you have questions or would like to schedule a free estimate, please call during regular business hours.

100% of Bio SoCal’s business is Biohazard Cleanup and Hoarding Remediation as opposed to competitors and restoration companies that focus on smoke, fire, mold, and water and do very little biohazard remediation and decontamination but bid on work as “filler” without the proper training or experience.
Bio SoCal is proud to take care of biohazard situations that require the most extreme professionalism and discretion. Here at Bio SoCal We understand that a biohazard cleaining situation, no matter the size, can be an overwhelming situation that many have never had to deal with. Untreated biohazard situations can get worse and pose dangerous biological hazards if not taken care of properly by a licensed, insured, and well vetted company.
